What happens if i can't take my vacation?
You can cancel your stay at any time up to 30 days before arrival at no charge.
Are pets allowed?
For hygiene reasons, we are unfortunately unable to allow pets in our apartment.
Is the apartment wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately, due to the steps leading up to the apartment entrance, it is not wheelchair accessible.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
Unfortunately, smoking is not permitted in our apartment. We ask that you use the balcony or terrace instead.
Is there a minimum length of stay?
We accept reservations for a minimum stay of 5 nights.
When will the apartment be ready to check-in?
We look forward to welcoming you on the day of your arrival starting at 4:00 p.m.
By what time do we have to check-out of the apartment?
We ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure to allow for a thorough cleaning.
